Multiple tags already exist (v2.0.20, v2.0.21, etc.) from previous failed release attempts. The script now loops through versions until it finds either: A non-existent tag (creates it) An existing tag pointing to current commit (reuses it) This prevents 'tag already exists' errors when multiple release attempts have left behind tags.
